Their reputation precedes them. I didn’t like their fish in the dinner & would skip it. This place is utter heaven otherwise. The service is impeccable & the grounds are stunning.

Style over substance - much more authentic and comfortable experience elsewhere. Exorbitant price wasn't worth it but the place is beautiful

They have cars and will drive guests to and from wherever they want to go. No need to rent or take the trains.

Stylish, beautiful ryokan. Every room is different and most have open air onsen bath - it's a highlight. Kaiseki is mind-blowing, don't miss Shabu-shabu dinner. European and Japanese breakfast both👌

Отель очень хороший, источники прекрасные! Но блядь! Персонал это ад, с ними говоришь по японски - они - моя твоя не понимать, отвечают на английском. Говоришь по английски - на все ответ Yes.

Nearer the Gora station, compared to Chokokunomori! Just stay on the sidewalk running alongside the train tracks until you see it, same side as the tracks.
