Avoid at all costs, sleep is not possible in rooms on the front of the building and the duty manager doesn't give a toss.

Rooms 2 and 3 have great views plus you get to watch and listen to the club kids get off the bus all night. Ignoring that its a great place and a better deal

More like a grand hotel than a B&B. Rooms 2 and 3 have great views of gardens and church.
