not so budget as its name implies. There are better budget hotels around Tacloban. For a mid-range class it lacks basic freebies (a bottle of water, coffee, water heater, cup) so it still ain’t good.

simple and clean. courteous staff. nice place for those with a lean budget. rooms at PhP680-780. near the airport. nice view of the waterfront
