There are decent options to chose from for a snack even though you should expect to pay it quite expensively. Best option (faster and most easy) to reach the city is the Arlanda Express Train.

Easygoing airport, but keep in mind that you can't buy alcohol from the duty free if you're traveling to another EU country. Good connections to the center of town with the express train.

To get to the city you have to pay 27€ for 20 minutes express. If you are below 25 you can ride with half the price
