Worst Holiday Inn Express experience. There were crumbs in my bed when, AC didn't work, and broken shower rod. Rude night clerk who wouldn't refund me, but Sonya was very helpful the next day.

Clean place, my TV did not work correctly, my AC had a problem. They offered my another room, I was too tired. Breakfast ok.

Pretty comfortable rooms. The breakfast area is quite ugly though.. too crowded for a 200 room hotel. Other than that I enjoyed my stay.

Try the pancake machine - not the best pancakes in the world, but not bad either. It's an experience to watch the pancakes getting made!

Stay at the one on the whitehorse pike. Newer and better.
