Hotel BADLY needs a refurbish/remodel!! Is it the 1970's? My room smells like an ash tray! Ugh. Won't be back...

Rooms have been upgraded with flat screen tvs. Also, ask for passes to the esplanade fitness center at the front desk. Very nice little gym!

Executive suite members get hot chocolate chip cookies when checking in. Not sure if this is applicable to all rooms in general but ask! :)

They have no TBS in the rooms, so you won't be able to watch the baseball playoffs. Go somewhere else.

For lunch during the week hit the deli in the conference center - way better than hotel and reasonably priced
