Some employees here don't understand how tax exemption works so examine your receipt on check out. Also the WiFi here is mediocre at best.

Stayd 2x, disappointing. No parking 4 guest becuz hotel is also N event venue & easy access 4 nonpaying guest. Pool area over chlorinated. No private balconies, glass doors open to a public walkway.

Gorgeous view from bay front rooms. Pool is very large but lots of people hanging out cause the rooms open up to the pool.

Now independent (formerly Holiday Inn) & still the only hotel on the bay. Remains a best value. Long term friendly staff. Best rooms face the bay and have patios. Kokomo's bar sits outside on the bay.
