From a 2 week consecutive stay: inconsistent service, non-existent housekeeping despite several calls, microwave-grade room service food quality, mixed bag of professionalism amongst employees😒👎🏾

They should be amazing next year in 2016 when the hotel is fully done. Ask for Shacoda at the front desk, she's the best (all are super nice but she goes the extra mile).
