Ask for the 3rd floor away from the street. Safeway is a 15 minute walk away - very convenient! Very clean hotel and spacious rooms. @NicoleRovig

The water just suddenly stopped for 5 mins while my mom was showering !!! I could heard others room voice, small but still annoying! Called front desk service but no one show up, its after 45mins now!

Excellent customer service at the front desk AND a follow-up call 15 minutes after check-in. I can honestly say that's a first :)

This place blows !! The towels and sheets were dirty when we got into the room. We called the front desk and they brought fresh towels and linens but eww !!!

Breakfast sucks here, avoid it if you can. This place is like if Mc Donald's had a hotel
