The service here is absolutely super. I stayed here for a Home Design Exhibition which was a short walk to the NEC. The rooms are comfortable, breakfast is good and the staff are very friendly.

Tricky to walk here from the NEC, despite being on-site and close. Persuade the management to make it easier!

Great service. Very helpful reception lady and we got Checked-In at 09:30...perfect. Plus a free lovely breakfast, definitely come back. Best orange juice I've ever tasted in a hotel.
