Staff were ok nothing more than average.hallways smelled a little like smoke.decent rooms and bed/pillows.pool does close a little early

sound-proof walls would be nice. Oh and to not hear a neighboring guest snoring like a donkey

Soundproofing between the walls is also non-existent, you can hear your neighbors breathing.

Ask for a room on the 3rd floor. The soundproofing between floors is terrible... You hear every step your upstairs neighbors make!
