Free shuttle to the airport (though make sure you reserve a spot the night before when checking out, and give yourself plenty of time, especially if traveling in rush hour traffic).

Laziest staff I've seen in a hotel. First room I got had someone's underwear on the floor. Breakfast area seldom had a clean table. Never saw anyone attempting to clean them. Won't stay here again.

Don't stay here during a storm or at least not the 4th floor the ceiling leaks!

Had a difficult time with our rates staying at the booking price. Blame put on us by one manager. Also check EVERYTHING in your room. Found dried snot on our curtain.

Do not ask for a wake up call. Ours was 20 minutes late, and my parents didn't get one AT ALL!
