Front desk staff speak English and were very helpful providing information about the bus just a few steps away to Sun Moon Lake and Xitou. Great location!

Very nice hotel, clean, spacious & comfortable room. The outlet mall is inside the building, enjoyed shopping, and walk distance to the night flea market.
