Not a bad place, undergoing what seems to be a major refurbishment, not sure if I had a refurbished room or not but it was comfy and had a whirlpool bath, no shower gel though ?

One of the worst experiences. Be weary. If you have a problem Jason could care less. Housekeeping came in my room without knocking. Ridiculous.

Is completely air conditioning this Holiday Inn...unlike the holiday inn on the hill at forest park.. I like this place. I don't like the sinks. The water does not go down well...

This Holiday Inn is the worst they rejected my packages of mail they are lazy at the front desk they are very rude the internet doesn't work.. The pools are very dirty. Laundry rooms: expensive $3.

Wifi is free, but not great. Bfast buffet is good, if not tail end, and the elevators are scary old.

Friendly staff, thorough housekeeping & handled any issues quickly. If you do breakfast at hotel, if its not off the buffet, its pretty slow.
