The hotel looks cool, but the Reno is cheap and nasty in parts of the hotel. I guess it’s ok overall, but I’d stay elsewhere next time.

Coffee pods! No lift! Some rooms have no AC! Tiny rooms! Overpriced drinks and menu! No local staff! Amateur staff! That damn terrace! Confusing layout! We left after the second night! $30Mil wasted!

Millions of dollars spent on a refurb. The grounds appear unfinished. The hotel is three levels, no lift. Terrible for families with young children.
