close to Taipei station, a little worn down, good free wifi, downstairs has a coffee shop 'Your Cafe' and 7/11. My room and friends didn't have a window.

If you want a good rest in general... don't go here. On top of all the noise from the street, you'll hear old and other assorted people yelling. If you complain to management, they'll get angry.
