Overall a gorgeous hotel AND smack dab in the middle of all the attractions we planned to visit. Only drawback was that there was no air conditioning ._. The pool was also a bit small

Great rooms and amazing service! It is right next to the Fisherman's Wharf and in the middle of town. Highly recommended!

Great suite. Quiet. Good price & location. Jacks was good and spa massage was awesome. Staff treated us well. No complaints at all other than wish we had cheaper Internet. Worth the $ to valet park.

Breakfast buffet is fantastic. You must try Jack's famous scone! Delicious and I don't even like scones that much!

Got a free appetizer in the restaurant by checking in with Foursquare. Ckean, large room. Close to everything...you can walk to the pier, beach, cannery row & aquarium

My room was very comfortable, a/c, flat screen, and an amazing bed. Outdoor pool is kinda small. The cookies that you get at check-in are great. Hotel is right by the warf and pretty much center city

Foot traffic is really loud outside our room in the 2nd building. Stay in the main bldg. Cookies at check-in are delish! Comfy bed!

The couples package with a soak in the tub and a massage was just what we needed! We sipped champagne in the tub and then got amazing massages! Pricey, but worth it!
