Wasn't happy because Orbitz booked us a smoking room. They sprayed the room but couldn't move us due to overcapacity.

Demand a room on the 3rd floor or not under anyone. Every footstep of our overhead neighbors transmitted piercing squeaks through the ceiling. We were 1 of ~6 guests in a 100+ room hotel. Unnecessary.
