Took them until 4:30 to check in my party of 43 bc they didn't have the rooms clean. That said, once inside, the room were immaculate and SO spacious. The staff was very apologetic and understanding.

Can't remember the last time I've had such a great hotel experience. Super friendly service, clean, comfortable. Breakfast choices were unbelievable! Will definitely stay here next time I'm in Cville.
