Staff at front desk was nice. Asked to do survey via email and was "yelled" at by manager for telling them what we experienced. Very disappointed in the customer service skills of the manager.

There are washers and dryers on the 2nd floor---$1.50 per cycle.

Excelent hotel , Nice suites with an extraordinary desk área an a great sofa. You also have a restaurant walking and all the stores desired near you

Not far from most attractions. Breakfast is average for a hotel if that. Internet is hit or miss. Rooms are nice though.

Book online for good rates has free breakfast & wifi indoor pool. Staff very friendly and professional

For real, everything is a 15 minute drive from this hotel. Seaworld, Aquatica, downtown, major malls

Still problems with the free breakfast. They say it starts at 6:00 a.m., but it never does. It really isn't ready until between 6:30 & 7:00.
