A total disappointment. The duty manager (Mr. Amr) seriously needs lessons on how to behave and talk respectfully with his customers. Unless you can't afford a better option please avoid this hotel

A total disappointment. There reception manager Mr. Amr is rude and very bad behaviour. Doesn't care about customers at all.

It was good stay. Don't expect too much! Best price comparing to other hotel during hajj season. Short distance to prophet's mosque. Elevators are always crowded, breakfast not good, staff are helpful
