This trail is awesome! Mist people are friendly and use good trail ettiquette. The Greenville to TR portion is more "uphill" so keep that in mind.

If you go running - don't keep your car key in your sports bra-its gonna fall out and then you'll be stuck in travelers rest for 4 hours waiting for roadside assistance! LOL
