Rooms without A/C and poorly maintained (carpet and curtains with stains). Gym is terrible and there is no business center.

The rooms here are huge and stylish but incredibly hot with no ac which is a pain.

Great hotel, super nice people, but the wake-up call system didn't work for four days in a row. Set your own alarm clock!
