Don't support elephant riding, it causes them pain carrying weight on their back. If you want to see and interact with elephants go to a sanctuary where you can learn about them and help them too.

Our recommendation is trip to the river, we had a lot of fun there (1 hour = 500 bats)...better to have long trousers (skin of elephant is not comportable)...after you can use hot spa for free...
