Pool and front area very clean. Housecleaning is poor. Floors, counters and tables not cleaned daily. Coffee not always replaced. Bathrooms not always cleaned.

The staff is extremely kind! My boyfriend hurt himself in the mountain and didn't show up. They gave me all assistence needed to find him. And they speak portuguese.
