My phone had missing buttons, the room smelled like a wet dog had checked in prior, and the elevator floor looked liked, it hadn't been clean in years. I was there in 2009, this place has gone done!

Nice place, but the managers reception was a joke, a take out box of egg rolls, cut in thirds. A 2 ltr of coke and diet coke, no cocktails or appetizers like ad states...
