It's been 6 months and the giant pothole hasn't been fixed... And it seems like the majority of their machines are always broken. Not worth the $15 facility improvement fee assessed bi-yearly...

Don't waste your money on a trainer at this location. They fail to show up when they are supposed to and are hardly interested in your limitations, health or well-being during the workout.

Nicest Urban Active in Louisville hands down with the best staff...never clean the sauna though! Plus beware...my shoes got stolen in the locker room by the cleaning lady.
