Trainer Boy doesn't seem to be there on weekends, so, if you want to use a jump rope without being bothered, weekends are your best bet.

Apparently, they don't allow "outside equipment". The trainer guy came up to me when I was jumping rope, and said they don't allow, "outside equipment". Needless to say, I waited for him to leave.

Unless you're looking to get in some cardio, or ab work, don't get here at 7 p.m. You'll never get in any work with the dumbbells. The pulley machines are generally just as crowded.
