Ambassador Mindy Nienhouse says it's the best yoga studio in town! They have classes for beginner and experienced yogis. The instructors are fantastic, and so helpful. Great atmosphere to practice!

If you're curious or hesitant about trying hot yoga, go on a Sunday night. $5 for class and all proceeds go to charity. Get there early to get a spot, it fills up fast!
