A bit crowded place, but there is a huge offer of vegetable, fresh fruit, bakery products, meat, drinks...I've tasted rice porridge with strawberry jam and I can surely recommend it 🙂

That's probably the best farmer's market, on Saturdays. Could be a nice walk to the castle from there and on it's on metro A (easy to get there from Jiriho z Podebrad).
