Great customer service and friendly workers. One of the workers took her time and looked up another book that she knew I would like that was no longer in the store but online for me and printed it out

Great kids play areas! Grab a drink in the cafe, a book on the way back, and let your little one play. Family fun for under $10!

No matter how much you spend at B&N annually they still won't taken a return (even for store credit) without a receipt.

The cafe is not a Starbucks but rather a B&N cafe that serves Starbucks drinks. A lot of their food comes from the Cupcake Factory! Yum!
