I was here last week. Very helpful staff & so informative. Got a new iPhone & now I want an iMac !!! Gorgeous machine:) Deff going back to this AppleStore again! 

Unless you have an appointment at Genius Bar, forget it. Even then, you aren't guaranteed a "genius".

Apple, please make sure you have more 'genius' staff to make sure appointment times are kept and not staff walking around trying to look busy with an ipad!! I've had a wasted journey today!!! :-(
