This place has more greeters than sales personnel. Even the service desk was void of people. I could have asked a greeter, but after 15 minutes of ghost employees, it was not worth it.

Third time in a row they recommended Walmart.... REALLY! prosucts are not any better than Walmarts but are twice the price. Customer service is a joke!

Careful on returns here, especially St. Croix rods. I was authorized a return by Cabelas.com on a rod I purchased over 90 days ago. The return department here were still hesitant to let me return it!!

Nothing against Cabelas but don't buy St Croix fishing rods here they suck and their warranty sucks too!
