Don't come in expecting help unless you're giving them new money. EVERYTHING HAS TO BE DONE BY APPOINTMENT IF IT'S NOT STRAIGHT UP BUYING SOMETHING NEW... ugh.

Remember! If you need to see a technician, the Genius Bar runs on a reservation system. Make your appointment at apple.com ahead of time to reduce wait-time.
