Very unimpressed with my visit today. Wait was alright, but when consulting with Dr. Hurley (diabetes Dr), she stood up and rudely walked out the room for 5 mins, while I was descrubing my ailments.

Not a tip but an observation. The appointment is for 1:15 why am I still sitting here at 2:40 with no real idea how much longer it will take? Perhaps client care should include ETAs.
