Horrible. LONG lines (1+ hr) to just to get to the counter. An additional 30 minutes to get the car. Prepaid online and were still met with $100+ in additional fees. Understaffed and undertrained.

Don't rent here. Long wait (40 minutes) in line. Another long wait (over 1 hr) for them "to get the vehicle ready". After all that the reserved class of car was not available.
