Dishonest cust service- they told my disabled dad they would provide a wheelchair & push him to the airport bus. Upon return they said: “sorry, no one here!”. We had to drive to SEA to rescue him!

He makes up a story about how the rules changed and he didn't realize it and reluctantly takes off the roadside service plan. Charges ended up totaling $328.
