Easily the best public gym in LA. This building is perfectly designed for a great gym experience. The new rooftop Playground takes it next level. I'll never go to another gym in LA.

Everybody is on their phone here. And if you are not using yours and your ears are free, they will come and talk to you. Very disturbing.

Sorry to say the following, affixing a premier decor doesn't mean that you have the best KSAs! I discovered sadly that some trainers don't keep their CECs up to date ! Time to regulate this industry!

Reese is an awesome personal trainer! Plus every trainer here leaves a 10 min stretch session at the end, which is basically the icing on the cake. The sweaty, calorie-burning sore muscle cake...

Eat at the cafe or the sit down restaurant, it's nice enough to meet clients here.
