Central thru traffic from San Fernando road is blocked off. Only traffic coming from central to San Fernando road can go through DWP works

Make sure you have cash for the parking garage. They don't take credit cards.

Make sure you sick family member doesn't take Adivan if they have breathing problems. It makes them lose the will to breath.
