This place is awesome. Been going there for a long time. I am loving the atmosphere. Got a trainer his name is Jeff Land and he is awesome. So if you need a class to get you started, look no further.

Everything is awesome. Love not having to worry about forgetting a towel or lock! My son loves the kid's area. We have been members for 6 years.

The food from the grill after a workout is an excellent way to recover . This is one of the cleanest Lifetime Fitness locations in Dallas County

You'll never have to wait for a machine or locker. This is the best gym in TX, yes it's expensive but it is worth it! The other gyms are crap.

Join the Party and train for the US Open triathlon in Rockwall- Oct.10. Outdoor rides at 7:15am Thursday and Saturday. See ya at the lap pool, too!
