Bring in snacks, booze, etc., but not much else. 2 bathing suits, a pair of trail shoes, some t-shirts, books & a flashlight & you're set.

Get an after yoga massage. And expect everything to take about 10 mins longer than you're used to. Except the massage. But its all worth it.
