Great place for hiking! The light blue trail is the most challenging but has incredible views.

$9 Parking fee for CT residents Memoril Day til end of October, $15 for out of state. Free for 65+ and Disabled Vets.

The parking fee is high because the park is under funded. To avoid it, you can : 1. Come on a weekday or 2. Use one of the several alternate entrances, most of which have space for cars to park free.

Sleeping Giant Hiking Trail was fun! It's a nice hike and a lot of people bring their dogs! Go on a sunny day, bring your perseverance and enjoy the view at the top :)

Gravel paths. Ok for carriages, but a bit bumpy. Awesome picnic area up on top!
