Fannin South the end of the line, if you have traveled from UH-Downtown, or the beginning.It's located in an apartment-heavy zone and provides a quick shot to the Texas Medical Center and downtown.

The machines to pay for parking SUCK. They rarely accept dollar bills.

This is the best deal for medical center parking. $3 a day, then jump on the rail for $1 which takes you right to the heart of it.
