As of Feb 2014, avoid! Parking permits are in effect so mornings are a disaster. Park in the lot across from the station for any spots, but only by 7am. Good luck.

It's real questionable after 2:30am.. You might want to reframe from taking candy from strangers..

Gets cold down below at night. Pretty much a wind tunnel.

The train is heated, and warm air blows out on your feet...which is good if you are wearing flip flops
